Recycled Water System Expansion

The City of Healdsburg implemented a water recycling program in 2005 that uses a portion of the treated wastewater for nearby water users. Treated wastewater is conveyed from the City’s Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) via two pipelines that extend north and south of the WWTP and via trucks, which haul water to additional users. Uses of the treated wastewater are limited to vineyard irrigation, commercial landscaping, and landscape irrigation. The 2020 Recycled Water System expansion is an addition to the system of approximately 3,500 lf of 12-in, 2,500 lf of 8-in, and 6,000 lf of 6-in diameter pipe.
