OUR PRINCIPAL ENGINEERS
Over the past 20 years, Deana Donohue has gained a reputation as an accomplished professional civil engineer in the state of California. Ms. Donohue received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources from Sacramento State University. Deana has established herself as a practiced leader both in increasingly responsible positions and in recognized professional organizations including Committee Chair of the National American Public Works Association’s (APWA) Water Resources Management Committee and as President of the APWA’s Sacramento Chapter. She has worked throughout California both as a professional consultant working with Public Works agencies and water utilities as Engineering Director for a large national water utility. Deana understands the unique water issues that face different parts of the state.
Deana specializes in water/wastewater system analysis and infrastructure design. She has designed several miles of both water and sewer pipelines and various hydraulic facilities such as pump stations in the greater Sacramento area. She worked on major local projects including Upper Northwest Interceptor Sections 5 and 6 and Lower Cascade Canal/Banner Cascade Pipeline Project. She has performed master planning for several agencies including the Town of Windsor and City of Vallejo 30 Year Capital Improvement Program.
Deana was the 2008 President for the Sacramento Chapter of the American Public Works Society (APWA) and served six years (2 years as Chair) on the National APWA Water Resources Committee. She is also a member of AWWA.

Myriad Engineering is a Small Business (SB) certified through the Department of General Services (2005346); Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) certified through the CPUC Supplier Clearinghouse; Disadvantaged Business certified through the Department of Transportation (CUCP) (45825); and is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) through the Small Business Administration.
